"Phenomenal experience with All Affordable Plumbing. They called instantly once I posted on Angi's List and had a team out within the hour to assess my situation. I had a gas line crack in the laundry room that ran under concrete slab, with the crack too low to easily fix. They presented all the options I had to repair or re-line the pipes, offered creative solutions in how to run and avoid needing to put holes in walls throughout the house, that no other Company had suggested. Competitive pricing as well. They were able to get a tech out within days. Ben showed up promptly at 7AM and worked through the day to finish running the new gas line to the laundry room. Great clean-up, offered to connect the dryer and washer once he finished. The work was excellent and I can't say enough about the Company and Ben. I won't be reaching out to any other company for plumbing issues again."

"Quick response text/calls to my cell phone and they had a team member in the area. Quick quote and even quicker work turnaround. It was an expensive fix but unavoidable given it was a gas leak."

"Outstanding service from start to finish. The technicians were phenomenal and took care of every detail, from removing our old unit to installing the new tankless water heater. The job required custom retrofitting and running new piping to make sure the unit fit properly, and the crew handled it all seamlessly. Clean, efficient, and top-tier craftsmanship. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them."

"I was very pleased with all the work Joe did at my Mom's house and mine in Cary. At my Mom's he put in a new utility sink and repaired it and also repaired a significant leak downline from a toilet. When I saw the quality of his work I hired him to work at my house. There he removed and replaced a hot water heater and repaired a big leak in my utility sink and replaced the faucet. With the water heater he had to remove the black pipe to remove the heater then repipe after. After he was done both houses were cleaner in the areas he worked . I would hire him again if I need any plumbing done in the future."

"Had a great experience all around with Ray's plumbing, and his performance on this project from the first call through to completion was a 10/10. I highly recommend Ray's Plumbing. I had never worked with Ray before. I had a repair project on a gas line running from furnace and water heater in basement that required attention. Ray was responsive, reasonable, competent, and accommodating. His quote was less than other quotes, and he performed the work efficiently and worked within our timeline and on schedule. He made a very positive impression. Based on my experience on this project, Ray definitely deserves consideration for whatever project you are considering."

"He did a very good job and explain things and fix a few things with piping."

"Great work! Had pipes replaced from kitchen down to basement in a fast and professional manner. Definitely my go to for anything plumbing!"

"I would highly recommend Aqua Doctor because of their honesty and professionalism. I have a rental condo unit on the first floor and there is water dripping from the ceiling. Jim called to ask what is the issue before he came out. After I sent pictures he said it's probably leaking from the upper unit and advised me to contact the owner upstairs. This was very wise because I had no clue at all. It took me some time to contact the owner and schedule a time. Rob came out to check the leakage and the piping of both units. He said it might be condensation from the upper unit AC, and the cat might be knocking the drainage pipe off causing the leakage. Instead of charging money to cut the ceiling open, he advised us to monitor the situation and call him if it happens again. We really appreciate him being honest & considerate, and not ripping off money like some people will do. Even though I hope it will not happen again, I will definitely call Jim and Rob if it does. They have earned my respect and trust."
