"Overall the installation process was good. One major error the technician did. After installation he ignited the gas without filling water in the tank. We heard some cracking noise and he rushed to shut down the gas. Hard to see what damage happened inside. I assume the glass liner inside the tank probably cracked and it would impact the product life beyond warranty. I expected the technician to tell me the mistake and ensure me there is no problem due to the error but he did not. Other item was they damaged dry wall while moving the old heater outside from basement. I am not worried about the drywall fixing but worried about the possible internal liner cracking."

"This company was referred to me by the plumbing company I usually use. I live in a wooded subdivision and my house is surrounded by trees. I have a problem with tree roots clogging the sewer line. The service person(Chris) arrived within the time frame that was given to me. He checked the sewer line and based on the fact that I had a backup of the sewer, he snaked it out. He laid down tarp which was good because that part of my basement is carpeted. He was very courteous and professional and also gave me information on additional services I could use to work with the problem. Mike and I connected this week, his schedule was busy but he was able to schedule us in a reasonable amount of time.  What a pleasant service call!  Mike and his partner arrived, diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes, provided an estimate to rework the pipes under the sink.  After agreeing to the cost, Mike even found a better way that was not as labor intensive and the bill ended up  being half the original estimate. 

Mike took care of the problem and the sink is now fixed.  We appreciate that he is a man of his word, and provides professional services at an affordable rate. My wife and I were both impressed and will not hesitate to have him back or to refer him to others.

"Levine n sons came at the last hour of the time slot which was around 5 pm they looked tired, a lot of conversation took place outside with themselves before they came in to my house and discuss things with me, I had a list of things needed to be fixed or checked out starting with the dripping in the tub from the faucet, and flapper valve in the upstairs toilet, the leak under the kitchen sink, and the clogged valve in the window well, the dripping from the dishwasher, the reconnection of the water purifier in the kitchen(4 days later stated to drip again), the clogged upstairs sink, after walking through the list totals of the bill became  more more expensive, it was more work according to the way they explained things to me. these were simple things to fix, for the tub dripping they claimed they would have to go in through my
daughter's bedroom wall, for the clog in the sink since there was a patch on the connection pipe on the outside of the pipe they would have to remove the whole pipe below put in a new one unrealistic, for the toilet flap my toilet was an antique toilet and parts was hard to fine and expensive the downstairs toilet is the same upstairs it was replaced with current replacement parts not the original parts so I did not understand the extra cost for upstairs , they wanted to replace the whole toilet which run me into the hundreds, I lost a lot of value of the coupon because they could not complete everything on my list and it was explained to me they could not use the  rest of the amount toward credit if I was to accept any of the estimated jobs  and that frustrated me as well.
