"I am one that usually does not write reviews,here I go. The technician they sent Paul Muro was on time both days he was here. Paul went over each job I had walked him through and he explained what parts he would be using and how he was going to do the work. I needed 2 showers repaired, 1 with a new fixture and one rebuild work. I had a faucet in the garage that needed replacing. I also had a inch and a quarter copper pipe leak on my pool, underground. One final job was to repair the outside hose bib. Paul did most if not all of the work done. He would have a helper, but this person would be called to another job, this happen twice during the two days of work. Ok I'm done writing my review, I know that it is long, but I could go on and I still couldn't say enough on how good Paul was on my home. Thank you, the only thing that got below A 5 rating was how much money it was costing. Have a good day."

"Our old clay sewer line had roots growing through several sections and we kept having backups every few months. Mike recommended a trenchless sewer liner instead of tearing up the driveway. The entire process was surprisingly smooth and the communication from start to finish was excellent. The sewer line is finally working the way it should and we no longer have to worry every time the drains start slowing down."

"The guy came in and he was here for probably about 45 minutes. Everything was great. He did a good job. The house is cool. Next year I'll call him again because I have a very very very fine Freon leak that no one has been able to find. Rather than spending $2000 finding the Freon leak, I spend $150 or $200 just getting it charged once a year. The guy was very customer focused. He really seemed like he wanted to do a good job. When I went out there I met the owner and he specifically asked to send this guy out to the house. So the owner actually assigned me a guy specifically. They came out when they said they were coming out. He was right on time. The guy was very polite. They did what they said they were going to do in a timely manner. The guy was very concerned and easy to work with. He talked me through the whole thing that he was doing. What I did like about him from the previous guy that I used from Angie's List three years ago, is that he put the Freon tank on a scale and showed me how much Freon he put in rather than just saying, "Oh, that's three pounds." That was very unique. I've never seen that before."

"Ruben was on time and worked very efficiently. He explained what he was going to do to tackle the problem. He showed me the crack that was on the cast iron pipe and gave me two options. I elected to go with replacing it with ABS pipe and got the job done under two hours. On top of that, he covered the floor with a blanket and vacuumed the area afterward. He also had special shoe attachment to not get your floor dirty as well. I highly recommend Ruben and his services!"

"Robert went above and beyond installing our water heater. Robert tied the cooper cold and hot water pipes to a 2 x 4 so they won't rattle and when water begins to flow. He put installation around the hot water pipe which will make it more efficient in the winter. Robert also took the time to explain the various features of the Bradford White Water Heater. Overall, Robert takes his time to make sure that the install is done all up to code."
