"Jose, the owner returned my call a few minutes after I had contacted him said he would be out within 30 to minutes to an hour. He was there within that 32 minutes looked at the problem involving a gas leak. It was not an easy problem to try to solve its original work had been done eons ago he said he could do it, and had to buy a few more parts to finish. He did the job gave me an outstanding estimate, and I was extremely pleased with the work that he and his assistant Frank did highly highly highly recommend. I worked in retail over 25 years. The tech was asked to give a bid on replacing our 50 gallon water heater in the garage . Which he did not.
We have been loyal customers for over 20 years. The last two service calls have been satisfactory although prices are slightly higher than competing companies. One of their phone representatives is not too enthusiastic about talking to me during the service call. Seemed as though she has a hard day or week or just hates her job.
There are lots of competition with plumbing and AC services in my area and we are willing to shop around for better prices and faster customer service, especially for our leaking water heater.
