"I contacted Alexander Heating and Air to fix my water heater on Wednesday and they were scheduled to arrive on Friday. The team of two arrived on time with smiles on their faces. The heater's Pressure Reducing/Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) valve was bad and caused my whole house water pressure to be very low. Also, I had excessive water trickling on the garage floor from the overflow pipe (due to a defective expansion tank. It’s the expansion tank’s job to take on this “extra” water caused by thermal expansion). Jeremiah, who did most of the talking explained what was going wrong with my heater, explained my options, provided an estimate, and explained that my specific water heater was about at the age that it will likely need replacing. It was good to know as I can now get my finances in order to eventually get a new one. He even explained financing options to me should I want a new heater and need financing. The two were friendly (did I mention Jeremiah is a Veteran), knowledgeable, worked quickly in the heat (they had to go under my house), and cleaned up and were finished in no time. The price charged was very reasonable, especially considering that I couldn't water the lawn properly, showers in house with low pressure was awful, water flow on garage floor would ultimately cause floor damage, and I didn't have to purchase a new water heater, yet. I really have had such good experiences with Alexander for several repairs they have made for me in the past, too My water pressure in the house is back to normal! I am more than satisfied with Jeremiah and the Alexander Heating & Air team."

"Derek came out on call at 8:30pm the same night bc it was so hot in our house (it was a 75 degree day that day). He was extremely professional, personable, friendly, and genuinely liked the work he did and enjoyed helping us. They only charged $125 for the emergency service and he had his senior tech, Tim, to come out the next day while it was daylight to thoroughly look over the entire system and test it. He quickly found I had wires touching and it caused a short and a fuse to blow. He replaced the wires at no extra charge. They send an auto text when they were on the way with a picture of the tech and a bio about them, along with a tracker to see how long It will be before they arrive. I am totally impressed with this company, Derek and Tim. Seriously genuine people and I love that I am supporting a local company here in Garner. I had a lot of issues with another AC company and this has been a continuous problem that got worse and blew the fuse so I went with Thermo Direct. I am glad I did. 1,000% recommend."
