They had to deal with some difficult issues due to the incompetence of the other plumber but they did so with patience, professionalism and grace. On the second day we discovered a leak that was caused by the first plumbing company. I called Lori and she got right back to me. Tom sent over his coworkers within 30 minutes of my call to take care of the other plumber's error. If that is not genuine concern for his clients and true professionalism I don't know what is! They left our place spotless and Tom made sure to go over everything he did in detail with us and made sure that we understood how to operate everything before he left. This was the first time I smiled during this whole renovation. I enthusiastically recommend Tom and his crew at Safehaven for all your plumbing needs, whether it is a big project like ours or something smaller. I guarantee you will be happy you called them.
