I'm very pleased w/ the services provided! They were quick to set up a time to come out. Unfortunately I was at work so I could not be at the house but my girlfriend was there and was happy with the professionalism/friendliness of the plumber. I talked to the plumber while at work and he was very helpful answering all my questions on what he was doing since I couldn't be there. It did cost more than the coupon but I was not shocked due to the piping and faucet looking ancient (probably original pipes from one the house was first built in 50's).
