"Scott Fanatizzo was our plumber. First he turned off the water going to all the toilets. Then went outside to check the pressure valve to the house. It was not working and the pressure coming through the house was the same (121) as from the city to the house. After installing a new pressure valve outside, he checked all the toilets inside and found that only one needed the inners replaced. Problem solved. Scott was polite, neat and efficient! He called and left a voice message alerting me that he would be early, plus I received an email from the company telling the name of the plumber that would be doing the work along with his picture. Awesome customer service!! Great company!!"

"Overall, it was excellent. Jerry (the owner) came out and was very straight forward as to what needs to be done. Price (compared to 6 other companies) could not be beat. Work was scheduled reasonably quickly and went smoothly. Problems were discovered after installation and when made aware, Jerry and his crew made sincere efforts to set it right – and were able to solve the issues in couple of visits. "We had a hot spot on the floor and a high gas bill last month leading us to suspect a slab leak. We called several plumbing services and Personal Plumbing was able to come out the next day with their own slab leak tech. The techs were on time and took about three hours to find the leak and reroute and place pipe to repair. They were able to avoid more holes in the drywall by placing the pipe on the exterior garage side, extending us savings. They also showed great integrity by letting us know that any repair would also have to replace factory pressure valve that was no longer working (putting pressure on our system). We will definitely keep them in mind for any other plumbing work we need done!"

"We had the horrible experience of our main sewer, backing up into our home. At the recommendation of our daughter we called Point Loma Electric And Plumbing. They sent out right away, who put a camera down our sewer line and discovered there were roots in the line. The plumber gave us several choices from doing a cleaning with hydro-jetting to get the roots out to replacing or lining the damaged portion of the sewer line. We opted to just do the Hydro jetting for now and will consider replacing the sewer in the future. One of the good things is that they said that when we decide to replace the sewer in the future , they will apply the cost of what we paid for the hydro jetting to the bigger repair. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful. We will be calling them back in the future."

"Carini was excellent-from sales to installation. We are enjoying our new A/C. The job required research, creativity and planning since it is 45 year old house that was never meant to have air conditioning. Their sales rep, Kurt, is experienced as an installer and was definitely more knowledgeable than anyone from the other companies we received estimates from. His game plan made the most sense and was reasonably priced. In fact he was the only one who did not try to sell me on a new furnace and explained that my current furnace should last several more years versus the competition which was insisting that I'd be better off buying a new furnace since my current furnace was about 14 years old (Kurt added that the current furnace could be repaired if it did start giving me problems). Kurt came the day of installation to show the lead technician, Mark, how he envisioned the install to go. That made me feel good to know that the installer wasn't going to be improvising. Mark led a crew that came on time, confirmed the plans would work, and did the installation. They overcame a lot of hurdles including a small furnace closet, limited space for a condenser on the side of the house and attic access challenges. The job was finished ahead of schedule. Mark explained the system to me, and the house was left very clean. I highly recommend Carini, Kurt, and Mark as the lead technician."
