"Called Trio Heating on a late Friday afternoon and they sent out two technicians (Jose & Dallin) the next morning to fix a gas heater that would not turn on. Their communication from beginning to end was great. They sent me a text 45 minutes before their arrival time and I was able to track their ETA which was extremely helpful. They explained to me what the issue was. I was able to run out and buy a new thermostat for them to install. They did a great job, cleaned everything up and put everything back together. They also typed up everything they worked on and took multiple detailed photos of the unit and emailed 10 minutes after they left. I think what they charged was extremely reasonable for the quality of work. I really appreciated not being charged a higher fee for coming out on a weekend. "Superior plumbing has saved the day for me on countless occasions. I hit a sewer pipe with a lawnmower because it was sticking out of the ground and hidden by overgrown grass. I didn't know what it was, and sewage started coming out a few days later. I had another plumbing company come out and quote me $30k for a sewer lateral. I then had Superior Plumbing come out since they had recently installed a sewer lateral for my parents' house for much less. They said a piece of the pipe fell into the pipe, causing it to clog. They pulled out the piece, then cut the pipe to the ground and put a concrete cap that said "sewer," so I wouldn't hit it with the lawn mower again. It cost $1700 instead of $30k! Last week, the landscapers hit the cast iron sewer pipe coming from the bathroom outside. I immediately called Superior Plumbing, and they came out in 30minutes, as luckily they were close by. They addressed the issue and returned a few days later to replace the pipe with PVS, which proved to be very affordable. I then had them return to strap pipes under the house and install a water pressure regulator, as the water pressure was 95 when it should be 60. I got a callback within half hour and was told that Tyler was about to finish his work in Palo Alto so he could come in about 1 hour if I wanted. Tyler came on time and explained how he would do it after checking briefly. He started working on very quickly, shut off the water at the meter and knelt down to cut off the leaking valve. He replaced it with a ball valve and soldered the pipes neatly. He even polished the copper pipe at the end. The whole job was done in about 45 minutes, and I'm more than happy with the quality of the work. Even my picky dad gave it a thumb-up."

"I used this company before and had a great experience. I was looking for a company that did re-piping and not only did they do a great job before but they came in lowest bid. They were always on time when starting. Raul was there with his crew which were all great. They re-piped the whole mobile home which is 680 sq. ft. They put in connectors for water and new gas lines for stove, gas dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, ice maker and clean out. They moved the existing gas line over to new area in kitchen and added a new gas line for the dryer which will by next to the kitchen along with new piping that didn't exist like washing machine, dishwasher and ice maker. They moved the piping for sink area to another area of the kitchen. This whole process took a few days but it was worth it because they were very reliable and honest and their price came in lower then other companies. Raul, you are the man!
