"Our AC failure happened on a Friday night. On Saturday morning, I called a company we had previously used, and the response was delayed. Blau called almost immediately after I made the request on Angie's List. Brian was here within an hour, and diagnosed our problem. Unfortunately, the AC coil was broken, and replacement of the coil was costly, so replacing the entire AC unit was more cost effective. The unit was replaced on Monday, at a fair price.
