Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

"I had a good experience with them. The shut-off valve drove the cost up. It probably ended up being about $500 but I added a shut-off valve that was not part of the problem. He was friendly and honest, I believe. I think the cost was fair. It was a fair amount of money but it was a lot of work too."

"They were courteous and professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend."

"Larry drove out at midnight in snowy/icy christmas eve weather, had the right tools to fix our leaky water pipe and charged us a very reasonable rate considering the circumstances. Definitely a keeper!"

"They were on time. Fast and cleaned up after. Reasonable priced. Would use them again."

"They showed up on time, worked quickly but efficiently, and make sure I understood the whole process. And no hidden fees !!! Thank you, Texas Plumbing Repair"

"They were prompt, professional, reasonably priced and gave me suggestions that saved me money. I highly recommend them. Other window repairmen tried to talk me into much more expensive services. Dallas Glass and Mirror explained why I didn't need the more expensive services and did exactly what they said they would for less money even when they were having to work overtime to catch up from all the rain we have had for the last two weeks."
