"This company not only did an exceptional job on the installation of my toilet, and fixed my other noisy toilets, but their customer service was exceptional which is very important to me when conducting business. Highly communicative and flexible schedule. Didn’t mind working with me and then my management company directly. Great pricing, friendly-open communication, empathic and caring of my situation. You can’t beat that. Vortex is now my go to company for a ALL plumbing service!"

"Derrick called the day before to confirm the appointment and arrived on time.  He was very professional, courteous, and explained the problems and used the actual broken parts to illustrate his points.  He was very nice, courteous and very open with his communication.
