"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"We had a whirlpool tub and small shower replaced by a large walk-in shower. The installer did an excellent job of demoing the old tub and shower and installing the new walk-in shower with a glass side wall and rear half wall. It was a big job that took 2 ½ days. "All workers were respectful and polite. They finished work in less time than I thought and cleaned up any mess which I appreciated. Tub and wall look beautiful. They explained how to use it. Customer service was great starting with sales rep and throughout installation. They removed the big whirlpool tub and installed a walk-in tub."
