He had all of the necessary parts and equipment on his truck and was completely done with the project -- replacing the glass and seals of my gas fireplace -- within 45 minutes. While the old glass was removed, he cleaned the interior of the fireplace and replaced the old embers, neither of which was required by the contract. After putting the new glass and seals in place, he then tested to ensure no carbon monoxide was seeping into the house. The fireplace looks like it is brand new and it functions perfectly. Additionally, my builder had positioned the external condensation tube to drip directly on the mount that holds the unit. As a result, rust has accumulated on the bolts and other parts of the mount. Vince added tubing to the pipe to channel the drip directly over the ground splash plate. I didn't ask him to do this and he never told me he had done so. That's what I consider GOOD customer service!!!"
