Hello! My name is Leonardo Gonzalez i am a 23 year old upcoming remodeler/subcontractor. i Work for our family owed company. My Father has been in the business for nearly 15 years working with Big Owners/Leaders such as Eric Craig , Perry Kessler (PKC owner),Ken hoover ,Clancy Martin and so many more. "The repairs went well and the people they sent were professional and stayed on the job until I was satisfied. Their limits do not cover the cost of major repairs but it is still cheaper than paying the total myself. They are prompt to respond that they are working on my work order. I live in a rural area and they have problems at times finding someone who will work with them in my area. The do offer to allow me to get the repairs done and they will reimburse. The one problem I had that made me unhappy was when my microwave broke they offered very little to replace it. AND, they would not replace it themselves nor do the installation as my contract stated they would."
