They showed up exactly in the time window; inspected the chimneys; wrote up a proposal to replace crowns, fix broken flue tile, re-seal flashing for $650 per chimney for total of $1300. All work was done from outside house with only access to water and power required. No issues. I'd use them again."

"We had some mortar holes filled and chimney crown repaired a couple of years back but our chimney began leaking again this past Spring.  Fairfax recommended water proofing with a sealant and agreed to patch up some bricks.  About 3 major rain storms have passed by, including a 2' downpour last week, and so far no more leaky chimney.  I would give them a higher quality rating, but it's only been a month so it would be premature to give them an A.  They are a smaller operation so their response is a little slow via e-mail/phone, but they showed up when they said they would and that's all you can really ask for.  I would consider using them again in the future."

When they had to leave for the day (rain storm) they put plastic over all of their work to ensure not water damage or leakage). Very importantly to my wife they protected her plants and shrubs which was very hard to do given where the chimney was. Outstanding crew. If I knew how, I would ask for those same guys again for my next chimney repair. BTW- the front office realized that the chimney cap was under warranty and they refunded a significant portion of the cost. That kind of honesty is hard to find."

I rated them a C on responsiveness and professionalism specifically for an issue related to finishing the chimney cap in April when the weather conditions allowed for the repair. We financed the project over a six month period. I had requested that they provide pictures of the finished work including the chimney cap. Other companies we have used in the past provide before and after pictures. However, we were told that because they had already completed the chimney cap repair, they would not return to take pictures. It wasn't until we withheld the final payment that they agreed to return and provide pictures; only to find out that the work had not been completed. They were apologetic about the error in the paperwork, but I can't help thinking if we had not withheld the final payment, we would have been unaware that the repair had not been completed. I believe I would hire them again, but would have to make sure to verify the completed work."

"After doing a nice job cleaning our chimneys and furnace flue, inspection revealed that chimneys were in poor repair. I hired Priddy Clean to install a stainless steel flue liner into the old furnace flue. The job required two holes to be made in the existing brick chimney. Old flue tiles had to be busted out by hand to allow the liner to be installed and routed through the chimney to the furnace. This turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated, but the work was accomplished professionally and much to my appreciation. The brick repair was done exceptionally well. I could barely tell where the holes had been made. Most importantly, no extra charges were added. I would recommend Priddy Clean highly to do any chimney work needed.10"
