"Thomas arrived on time and worked efficiently. He was very nice and polite. He installed the new water heater and noticed something seemed wrong once the pilot light was not working correctly. He called the company and discovered that it had a defective part. Thomas removed it, returned it, and came right back with a new water heater which worked well. "David replaced my upstairs copper piping with PEX because I was having leaks in July of last year. He did a good job and had a good drywall repair man fix the drywall cutouts he had to make to access the pipes. He also advised me to have the PEX tubing in my crawlspace insulated, which I agreed. His pricing overall I thought was fair and would recommend him, however, last October I had occasion to go down to my crawl space and found that only half or less of the PEX tubing had been insulated. I informed David about this and he said he had since fired the two men whom he had assigned to do the job because of poor work habits and assured me he would come back and finish insulating the remaining tubing. I did not hear from him after that and so in April I contacted him by messaging, but he did not respond, nor again after trying to contact him again last month. I am now wondering if he is still in business here."
