They picked up the water heater I purchased from Home Depot, installed it with a drain pan, and hauled away the old one. Brian even checked out my sump pump and advised me that the discharge pipe was obstructed and that I needed to take care of that or risk the pump motor burning out. "Well let me start by saying I called several water heater companies to inquire about an estimate for my hot water heater that was not getting real hot. He was the ONLY repair person to come out that gave me the feeling he was trying to fix my hot water heater and not trying to sale me a new hot water. Everbody tried to get me to buy something called elements without actually trying to fix my heater. Wallace plumbing was able to identify some pressure thing or something with the thermostat that he fixed and saved me pontially thousands of dollars that other companies tried to sales pitch me. I then called Wallace plumbing because my toliet kept running and Wallace came out and fixed my toliet in minutes and his prices are very affordable. I will be using Wallace plumbing for any future needs and I recommend them!"

"Mr. Rema arrived on time Sunday morning to update my water heater. He installed an expansion tank, duct work and replacing the piping to the thermostat on the water heater. He did an excellent job and took his time. Mr. Rema also went to the local hardware store twice to pick up the material that was needed. The only reason I didn't give him an A was because he quoted me a price at the beginning and then went done on the price and then tried to go back up to the original quoted price. After talking with him he decided to keep the price at the lower amount that he quoted."

"This company is nothing other than excellent. A bit pricey, but you only get what you play for - and I got plenty. On Saturday afternoon, I found out that I needed a complete sewer line replacement. By late Sunday afternoon, I had one! The crew had to dig down about 10 feet to remove the broken line and then had to tunnel under my patio to get to the cast iron pipe in order to connect the new line. After the installation, the dirt was replaced, the area was seeded and covered with straw, and the sidewalks and parking lot were sprayed clean. Every single guy in the crew was friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Gregg, Chris and Mike. I have recommended Mahon to friends and family and have already scheduled another job. He determined what parts were needed for the tub/shower and ordered the parts. He texted me when the parts came in 3 days later and Chris Hanes came out to install.
