"I had a couple leaky outdoor water spigots that would have been an easy fix for me to do, but I couldn’t get the rusty bolt out to remove the handles so I could access and replace the washers, etc. I reached out to several plumbing companies and explained the task. They refused to come out to repair it and would only do a complete replacement for several hundred dollars per spigot. Ryan discussed the task with me and came out the next day to make the repairs. He was even able to “MacGyver” the part I had to make it work since it was a discontinued part, saving me the cost of replacing the entire apparatus and having a hole cut out of my drywall in my kitchen. The job was done really well for an incredibly fair price. I’m super grateful to now have an honest, affordable plumber on my speed dial for any future needs! I highly recommend Ryan. "Don't hire J Home. They put cardboard under my floating vinyl plank floor and glued a lot of it down. I have had mold growing under my floor for YEARS due to their carelessness, which I would have never discovered if it weren't for pulling out a few planks after my drain backed up. John refused to make it right after 3 weeks of communication and blamed everyone but himself. The manufacturer's instructions clearly say that any underlayment or glue voids the warranty on this product. He first tried to tell me cardboard was a fine underlayment on concrete. Then he tried to tell me to claim on my insurance, then he accused me of just not liking the floor (despite wanting the same product replaced.) John doesn't stand by his work. I gave him a chance to make this right and he wouldn't. Don't walk away from J Home. Run."

"1. Very fast to respond to the the request 2. The staff was exceptionally nice, explained what they do and how they work. 3. Scheduled an appointment with a 2 hr window. 4. Repair showed up on time. (Two people) 5. They examined the problem and gave me a quote (fair and reasonable) 6. They went to work and resolved the sewer backup issue. Then they went ahead and cleared all the pipes of sludge until the water ran clear. They explained the issue was food residue buildup from the garbage disposal. That made sense since we has done a lot of summer and fall canning and used the disposal extensively. 6. They did a excellent job, very courteous and explained everything along the way. They used plastic to protect the surrounding area charged less than the estimate. 7. This is a family run business. They care about their customers a work hard to resolve the problem to the customers satisfaction. I would use them again and recommend their service."
