"Don't hire J Home. They put cardboard under my floating vinyl plank floor and glued a lot of it down. I have had mold growing under my floor for YEARS due to their carelessness, which I would have never discovered if it weren't for pulling out a few planks after my drain backed up. John refused to make it right after 3 weeks of communication and blamed everyone but himself. The manufacturer's instructions clearly say that any underlayment or glue voids the warranty on this product. He first tried to tell me cardboard was a fine underlayment on concrete. Then he tried to tell me to claim on my insurance, then he accused me of just not liking the floor (despite wanting the same product replaced.) John doesn't stand by his work. I gave him a chance to make this right and he wouldn't. Don't walk away from J Home. Run."

We added on painting, carpet installation. tiling a hallway and new vanity and toilet in the half bath. They accommodated the extra work and completed it in a timely manner, without interruption for other jobs. We could not be more pleased with the work. Everything turned out beautifully. Terry, Jody and Brian were a pleasure to work with. They were reliable, on time and cleaned up daily. Jody is a perfectionist and if something wasn't done right it would be redone to meet his standards. They were helpful with design and handled every add on.
