"I called Matt on a Sunday in need of a plumber for Monday and he rearranged his schedule to help us out so we could move forward with our bathroom renovation after listening to our situation. He came over and removed our old cast iron tub which was just a bonus because I was going to keep it even though I didn’t want to. He also put in a new shower valve and fixtures, tub drain, sink faucet, and toilet. It was a big job and he did it effortlessly and I couldn’t believe he was at our house in less than 24 hours of calling him. His work was impeccable, he has fair pricing, he was clean and a pleasure to have in our home. He was also a wonderful mentor to his apprentice who he walked him through everything they were doing. "Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."

"Thank you to Keith who promptly called the first night I made the inquiry to Sandi who arranged everything to Eugene and Ryan who came out to repair leaking pipes on the water filtration system and replace the kitchen faucet on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule! I had a leak in the plumbing in the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom and he took the time to explain exactly was going on. He even went under the house (in the cold and dark) to inspect the issue further and took pictures so I could clearly see the problem myself.
