"In late June of 2023, Neo and his apprentice replaced our water heater. Neo did charge slightly more than Google reported as the average price in our geographic area. However, "you get what you pay for." Neo was diligent, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Neo responded promptly to all telephone calls and text messages. There was no drama with Neo. Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat."

"I hired this company to replace a 75-gallon gas water heater, and the experience was excellent. Scope of work: Removal and disposal of existing unit Installation of new Rheem 75-gallon gas water heater Reconnection of gas, water, and venting The team was prompt, professional, and clearly experienced. They provided a clear explanation of the installation process, answered questions directly, and completed the work efficiently. I valued their use of text messaging to arrange the work, as it was most efficient and allowed me to share photos of the work area so they could plan the installation in advance. The installation was clean and well-executed, with attention to proper setup and safety considerations. Pricing was transparent and consistent with the scope of work. There were no surprises. Overall, this was a high-quality, professional installation. I would recommend them without hesitation."

"Matt called me back promptly with all information I needed to make a decision on new hot water heater. Matt and his colleague Sean arrived early, did work as discussed and cleaned up all areas and left area cleaner than when they arrived. I feel that job done well and I appreciated the honesty in his recommendations and what I needed. Would hire again and recommend to others"

"This was a relatively small water heater repair, and Ryan did an outstanding job. He responded immediately to my request, provided a reasonable quote, was polite, professional, knowledgable, and friendly to deal with. Will definitely hire again if needed."

"We were very pleased with the work that the Genove technicians did. They removed our 40-year-old gas boiler and associated water heater and replaced it with a new system. They tested the new system carefully, put explanatory tags on all of the relevant pipes and faucets, and cleaned up well. The team members were polite and worked hard. We had similarly good experiences when Genove technicians came to repair our central AC system. They were knowledgeable and efficient, got the system going again, and the price was fair. We continue to use this company for heating and AC repairs."

"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"Exceptional service, quick to response and knowledgeable. They came over the same day in the morning and completed the water tank replacement within hours."

"Called quickly, scheduled service for next day. Water heater replacement was fast and easy."

"Very well like always. I recommend them for important repairs or jobs. We've had so many rip off jobs and I never have to worry with their work. But be ready to pay up!!! I recommend purchasing your own parts prior to the repair vist save some money."

"Joe and his assistant did a great job very pleased with the work. I would recommend him to anybody who asked... believe me if I need any more plumbing services, Henry, is the man for me thank you"
