"They did an amazing job we wanted to tankless heater but they could not install it due to previous installation issues. We went with a regular gas heater. I feel another company would’ve installed the tankless heater anyway and we would’ve had issues down the road and eventually have to pay more money to fix those issues, but Harris was very honest and the work was pretty quick and the quality was was great."

"Good company. Good experience from the time I began obtaining an estimate, until the work was completed June 2016. Prices were fair and reasonable for above-builder-grade product on 2 (Carrier Performance Series) HVAC unit replacements. They were very accommodating on meeting the timeline promised. My ONLY issue was that a bit more care could have been exercised on the install... but it was hotter than Hades, making conditions brutal! I am choosing Ragsdale to continue to service our units. I give them a A-"

"Rooter ProXpress was cordial, efficient and very professional. I hired them to remove my tank water heater and install a tankless water heater. The plumbing technician came out to evaluate the work to be done. He was very knowledgeable and said I would need an electrician. The electrician came the following day and explained in detail the work he needed to do. The following day both the electrician and the plumbing tech came together and installed the tankless water heater. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. I will use Rooter ProXpress for future projects and highly recommend them."
