Joking aside, it was rapidly evident that he understood what needed to happen and how the best way to accomplish our goals were. Bill runs a very tight ship and does not like to fall off schedule. There were many weekends and holidays that I would stop by the house only to find him working on a project in order to maintain schedule. Bill was also able to help us find various reputable vendors in order to pick out finishes and other items. As the project progressed, Bill also came up with many little designs within the house to make the space more live-able. The loan that I acquired was a little strange and confusing, however, Bill showed an amazing amount of patience working through the process and with the different inspections. Finally, as a true testament to his character, I can still call Bill months after our project is done and he quickly gets back to me. I would absolutely recommend him and will use him for future projects."
