The caulking around toilet base has visible space between the floor and the caulking. Toilet currently moves when you sit on it, now urine and moisture comes out at the base of the toilet. The bathtub support has given away some and the tub has detached from the caulking on wall."

He was also patient while I asked him loads of questions, and he offered me lots of options for units and how he could install them to fit our tight closet.
