"My furnace stopped working in 19 degree weather. MTL called me within 20 minutes and someone was at the house within 40 minutes. They started work at 7:45 and ended at 7:00 that night to replace it. Told me what they were doing the entire time and left the basement clean. I highly recommend them and will use them to conduct regular maintenance on the new furnace."
