He was extremely professional and helpful. He came to do the estimate within 2 days of my call, and was very honest and up front about the extent of the damage. He did not think we needed to do anything about it unless we really wanted to since it was so minor. He gave us some suggestions for how we could clean the spot ourselves to potentially get rid of any mold that might have been there, but he said that even if there was mold, it was very minimal.
