"We hired Vic and his team to replace a gas range with electric. This task was complicated by the need to upgrade our electrical panel and run new cables to support the new range. We also needed to cap off the old gas line and repair and paint drywall. They made sure that everything was up to code (including correcting an existing problem they found with grounding) pulled the required permit and arranged for inspection of the completed work. First of all, the owner is great to work with. He showed up everyday to make sure everything went according to plan. He was very meticulous and brought out a structural engineer several times to make sure that things were done safely and we wouldn’t have any problems down the road. He always had great ideas and what I appreciated was that he wasn’t always trying to upsell you and had cost in mind because re-modeling projects always have unexpected surprises. Gashin took our outdated downstairs and completely changed the look of our home into a stunning modern home. They took out all the tile flooring and installed new hardwood floors, took down several walls to make an open concept space for our kitchen and dining room, refaced the fireplace, installed a new island and countertops for the kitchen, and all the small things involved in a renovation like ours.
