"Expensive, but came when it was an emergency. Checked most of the boiler (not the hot water coil). Gave a complete price for all their recommendations. I agreed to ALL of their recommendations. Paid in full. But have not done the service part and even changed the appointment to do this service from November 11 to December 6. Seems if they came all the way here and spent 4 hours to evaluate, and fix at their suggestions, it would be time efficient to stay one more hour to finish what was paid for."

"Joe was absolutely a life saver. He was able to come to the house, diagnose the issue, source a replacement water heater, and fix it all within roughly six hours. He also worked with my tenants and made them feel confident the issue would be resolved. They weren’t keen on staying when the issue was first discovered, but Joe was able to show them the work would get done and their vacation could still happen."
