"Had a bad leak coming through my ceiling drywall so I cut out an area to see where it was leaking from. Service King called and immediately came out to check the problem. It was leaking from the upstairs bathtub drainpipe. We set up an appointment right away. They came out on time, extracted the old brass waste and overflow assembly for my upstairs tub in a couple of hours. They also found a leak in another water pipe above the ceiling and changed a leaking supply line for my toilet. Was very happy with the work done and would recommend them for any plumbing work to be done."

"Sunday March 28, 2021 I had the pleasure of working with Aqua Doctors Plumbing at 1304 Eastview Drive Waukegan, IL 60085. At home there were two (2) small gas leaks at connection points with my furnace and the stove. They were the first to reply when I initiated the request for quotes on Saturday 3/27. They scheduled an appointment for the next day between 11-1 pm. They arrived at the beginning of the window of time they quoted (yippee). I was prepared to provide shoe covers due to the pandemic. They were respectful of safety measures and had their own shoe covers and masks in hand already. Bravo! Chris and Rob were very good at providing and explanation of services to be rendered. A consultative approach was used and appreciated. They did not talk down to you as the client/non-plumber in the room. They worked expeditiously and thoroughly resolving both issues. The installation process truly EXCEEDED my expectations. Both techs arrived on time and respected COVID-19 guidelines- very knowledgeable, courteous, went above and beyond with removing old furnace and installing new one. Previous company that installed our old furnace made multiple errors, but Jermaine (tech) had a great deal of patience throughout the difficult challenges in replacement (moving gas pipe, electrical wiring, vent pipes, etc.). He would keep me up to date on the process throughout the day. You'll definitely be lucky if you're scheduled with this AMAZING tech! After a week with no heat I finally have a very warm house and I'm a super happy customer!"
