"the person I talked to on the phone was extremely helpful, nice courteous and I assumed he was the plumber that was coming; toilet was installed crooked the (tank portion of it), the contractor charged 100 dollars more than quoted on the phone due to a part needed from the local hardware store, contractor was cordial and not very friendly, the contractor was making excuses for it being crooked. I did not give approval for that. "

"My husband and I will highly recommend Two-Day Bath and Shower to anyone who is considering a bathroom remodel. They did an AWESOME job in both of our bathrooms. In one, a tub/shower combo was replaced by a shower in order to accommodate potential future needs of my aging father, who has recently moved in with us. The other required moving a wall to install a larger shower unit in the master bath. I had high expectations and they exceeded those! That’s not to say everything was without issue. On the second install, after the waiting time for use, we had a problem with the water flow in the master bath shower. I called them and they immediately responded (even though it was almost 5:00 on a Friday afternoon) and fixed the problem (which was in the handle, not due to installation). It is obvious that they strive for perfection and were very apologetic about the issue. I told them then that the integrity of a company is not revealed by perfection, but in how they handle problems or concerns – and they again exceeded my expectations! Equally as important to me as the final product is the experience of working with a company. Two-Day Bath and Shower was a pleasure to work with throughout the process! From the first time I stepped into their showroom to meeting with the representative to working with the installers, I knew that each person was actually listening to what we had to say and truly cared about providing us with a solution/product that we would be happy with for years to come. A special thanks to the installers who both took time to ask about the needs of my father to be sure they weren’t blocking any paths or creating any safety issues for him as he walked around.
