"Call Atlanta Tankless & Water Heater before you call anyone else. Knowledgeable, friendly, honest and fair."

"Keep smiling was prompt and performed the work as quoted. They added a new outside wall faucet in a location near our pool so I don't have to run a mile of hose when needing to add water. Also, they had previously diagnosed why our "builder installed" recirculating hot water system did not help distribute hot water through out the house. The pipiing was installed in a poor location for gravity-feed and the builder had failed to add the pump itself. On one end of the house hot water would need to run for several minutes for it to reach the faucets.Keep Smiling corrected the piping design and installed the pump. Now we have hot water through out the house even in the longest runs in seconds!Great experience and will use for all our plumbing needs."

"Estes has been providing my service for approximately 10 years. Always prompt, courteous and very accommodating. They recently (June 2019) replaced my hot water heater and installed new HVAC system. An awesome crew performed the installation and was very thorough in explaining all of the new components to me. Also the gentleman who came to my home when the unit needed replacing was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and insured that all of my questions and concerns were addressed before he left."

"This company was hired to install a natural gas space heater in my garage. This job was completed within a reasonable amount of time and to my satisfaction. I would use them again."

"Morgan Pitman provided same day service to install a 50 gal tall gas water heater. Excellent customer service and workmanship while providing maintenance education. Old heater lasted 12 years so the cost and installation for replacement was staggering but less than competitors."

"It was time to replace our leaking water heater and Rooter Pro Xpress came to the rescue. The team was prepared with options for replacements, once we made a selection our water heater was installed same day. The installation was fantastic and went smoothly. Very good company to work with."

"Blake from Remedy Plumbing came out on time and after walking through what I needed for the job was able to quote me a price onsite. Better yet, he was able to get all the parts needed and install a new water heater and garbage disposal that same day. Great communication and service."

"Back in August, my 3 rental homes all had to be re-piped, with new water heaters put in and 320' of gas lines dug across the property. It was a major overhaul project and required a crew with solid plumbing, gas and electrical experience to manage it all simultaneously. It was expensive, but the work needed to be done and because there were multiple tenants involved, the units all had to be back up and running quickly and correctly. I would have given the company 5 stars for this job except I discovered that 6 weeks ago the previous crew failed to ensure that the gas furnaces in all 3 houses were also hooked up and working properly. After I spent the past 5 nights freezing in 30 degree weather, Robert arrived today knowing that I was pretty upset over learning about this oversight in November. Yet he remained very calm and professional throughout the process as he resolved the issues with each unit and ultimately redeemed the company's reputation in my mind. I also learned that Robert was a new hire but he had years of experience under his belt with the perfect disposition for this type of work. Congratulations, A-Total, on acquiring a solid worker like Robert in such a tough job market and I hope you will continue to invest in him as well as keeping quality talent around if I ever need your services again."
