"I hired Dalinghaus Construction to install two push Piers for a freestanding column/wall (bad clay soil causing movement). I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin. He show up in a few days and show me there is no way that wall is still moving and he was right. They are very good at what they do and customer service is the best. Thank you very much."

"Juvenal was very responsive. His work schedule allowed for work to begin within 1 day. Initially I was just having my existing concrete driveway replaced. However, I asked Juvenal to provide an additional quote for demo & removal of a large area of concrete in my back yard and placement of pea gravel. The price was very reasonable so his team performed that work as well with a beautiful result. All the work was completed in 3 days as promised. I highly recommend Mission Concrete for a stress-free experience, excellent work, with affordable pricing."

"Bought a new home and had it remodeled. I started noticing a lot of cracks in my ceiling and thought the remodel was done poorly only to find out that it was actually a leveling issue due to my house settling. Guess that’s a common issue in Woodland Hills and homes built on slabs. I found sunshine builders and foundation repair on yelp and had them reassess my foundation. They fixed my leveling issue hassle free. Couldn’t be happier."

"He provided the name of the engineer he would use for the structural considerations and the draftsman for the submission of plans to the City of LA for all permit requirements. As soon as the permits were issued he began work immediately. I was on site for the entire project and was extremely well pleased with the workers used, from framers to drywaller, all were excellent.  He kept me informed of all details and progress of the job.  The city inspections went smoothly.  Adam also offered decorating suggestions and referrals for flooring.  I will certainly use Adam for any future projects. <br />"

"All went precisely as planned. We were given a start date, a finish date and all hours that were to be involved. The work team arrived on time, ready for work and were very capable and pleasant. The project involved removal and disposal of an old, concrete patio and walkway and the replacement of same, but in beautiful Pennsylvania Blue Stone. Juan and his crew adapted to some changes we made “on the fly” and contributed their expertise to solving any problems, of which there were few. The only negative was, perhaps, the price but I’ve learned over the years that you get what you pay for. In this case it was well worth the small additional cost. HIghly recommended. (Total sq. Footage of patio and walkway = 600 square feet.)"

"Superb workmanship, communication, and thoroughness in identifying issues secondary to termite damage. Have used Goldin Construction for multiple needs including cement floor of garage, cement repair of city sidewalk, sewer plumbing out to street, and now extensive termite damage of 2 windows and associated house wall and painting, replacement of rock/stone patio seats that had to be taken out. Tells you what needs to be done and what is optional so you can make an informed decision. Most important is our trust in each other. Thank you Goldin Construction! I never have to worry!"

"This was our first time hiring a construction company and we are very pleased with the entire process and outcome. They took the time to listen to us carefully for exactly what we had in mind, provided us a 3D design which was great to see the finished product and to make changes. They were very patient with us when we changed our minds several times during the process. We never heard the word "no" or "can't do". They were really amazing at overcoming any obstacle to achieving our wants. You will not be disappointed! <br />"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Los Angeles, CA

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
