They cam within a day of when I called, assessed and fixed one problem, installed a new water heater the same day, and returned the next day to install new pipes above the water heater. The plumbers were polite, professional, and explained clearly what they were doing. Pricing was very reasonable and I also have a yearly service contract. Office personnel were also friendly and knowledgeable. Will only use them from now on."

"I needed a vent pipe rerouted in my attic, as the original design was not installed to let the water drain. Mike from Tom Drexler called to let me know he was on his way, gave me the estimate before starting work, and explained what he was doing and why. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the pipes quickly and made sure it was working properly before leaving. I was very satisfied with the service. The price was more than I was expecting but I am happy to have this fixed, as it was causing leaks in my kitchen ceiling and I should not have any other issues. I will be requesting Mike for any future plumbing issues."

"NCM contacted me within 2 days of my submission on HomeAdvisor, and scheduled time for service call. They were apparently running behind schedule and I had to contact them to check. Mike arrived based on new time, completed assessment and scheduled return the next day. He fixed what he’d diagnosed as problem causing water to run behind kitchen sink into the basement. Before he left we checked basement again and found problem not as bad but still present ... he quickly saw the rusted bottom of pipe from kitchen connected to PVC pipe running down the wall. He got the right tools, cut the PVC pipe, moved it up to cover the rusted out metal pipe coming from kitchen and attached a hose clamp over the gap where he cut and over the connection between PVC pipe and metal pipe. No more leaks!! I can use my kitchen sink again (yay!) and the price was reasonable for the work that ended up needing to be done. There’s a 5% fee added to use credit card ... I didn’t get cash to cover it. Would’ve been good to know ahead of time instead of being stuck with the only option of accepting the fee (I don’t write checks any more)."

They sent one person out to quote the project and had the team over by the end of the same day and knocked it out. Friendly workers and great job. I plan to call them again when needed."

Another company would not - they wanted a $90+ to come out to look and then give me an estimate even though the work was pretty straight forward (fix a spigot and do a gas line check). The work done matched the estimate (again, my work was pretty straight forward, so this might not be the case in all scenarios). Overall, they were prompt, tidy and put up with my family's bad jokes while doing the work. Would hire again!"
