"Outstanding service!!! We tried to DIY a shower faucet leak and broke the old cartridge when trying to remove it making a small drip a full on stream of water. We had to keep the water valve for the house off until it was fixed. We called Plumb Tite for emergency repair service, and James U. was able to remove and replace the broken cartridge and the bonnet nut which we had also broken. James provided excellent service! He took the time to do the job right. After he got the broken cartridge out, James cleaned all the crud out of the shower lines before replacing the cartridge. He even cleaned out the shower head. I highly recommend!!!"

"Needed to replace my Ac and furnace. After reaching out a variety of company websites, I got no replies and came to Home Advisor. Logan Services reaches out 15 mins after I submitted the request. Aaron Faughn was out the next day for over an hour going over options and making the process easily understandable. Really felt like he was looking out for me and my family. The decision was basically made then, though I did finally get some other businesses out for other bids. None made me feel as comfortable as Aaron. A few days later Kyle Koester and Jake came out and couldn’t have been more professional or courteous. Knocked it out in a day and a half due to the holiday. I could’ve be happier with the work they provided. I would recommend Logan Services for any and all future needs. They have a customer for life."

"We had a gas hot water heater replaced and installed on 06/12/2020. Chris was polite, courteous, and honest. When we called him, he always answered immediately. There was no waiting for weeks to get the hot water installed. Chris purchased the hot water heater, delivered it, installed it, cleaned up, and got rid of the old hot water heater. We were very impressed and pleased with the service. We will use Watson and Son Plumbing again for any plumbing problems."
