"We had our shower/tub combo removed back in August and a walk-in shower installed in its place. The two gentlemen who installed it were fantastic (Hector L. & Nick P.)! They were here on time and were very respectful. Our dryer vent, for some reason, was under our shower/tub combo so it had to be moved. Hector wasted no time in getting that done. They had to rely on two other co-workers to bring the parts he needed. It's great seeing a team work so well together! Our sales rep, Christine D., was wonderful as well! She came back on a Saturday to finish up our quote and get us to sign the paperwork due to a conflict in my schedule the previous day. All and all we had a great experience with West Shore Home and the shower is just fantastic!"

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."
