The telephone representative who helped us requested photos of the water heater. He could tell what items were needed to bring the new water heater up to code. We were very pleased that Tony, the water heater installer, was scheduled to come the next day! Tony was punctual, thorough and answered all the questions I had. He explained everything that was done and made suggestions for other improvements we might want to have done. Everyone was very professional and very honest from beginning to end.
