"They did a good job on that. They didn't actually connect them to the wall or anything. I don't know how much they do but I didn't expect that and then we had to make a hole and put these things from the dryer, so I was surprised because they knew that's what they needed to do is run the connection and my boys ended up doing that. We had to add them quite some time before they came out and checked it and then I didn't hear from them and I've gone on vacation and we have never heard. When I called again I did find out that the main guy that usually helps me out was off for about two and a half months and they remembered coming but they incidentally didn't make a report on it. Their work is pretty thorough except for this time this was a whole different thing than I had them do before liking cleaning out the drains or doing other plumbing problems like cleaning out the water heater."

"This was a difficult project, owing to the no-cripple-wall construction of my house and the ridiculously tight crawl space - less than a foot in critical spots - plus the maze of beams and ducts. I called six or seven plumbers to come out and bid the work and two of them ran screaming (well, not really, they just told me they needed to work up an estimate 'back at the office' and never called back). One guy swore I'd have to rip out a wall AND the floor to get to the pipe. Mr. Rooter didn't propose anything so dramatic. They just said they'd excavate as needed to make room to move around. So that's what they did. They billed it as a two-day job. They showed up on time, and the work was wrapped up by the third hour of the second day. Because that, I was concerned this job had been overbilled. Their bid had been astronomical, but it was still lower than everyone's except the guy with the lapsed bond. Mr. Rooter had been willing to negotiate and I knocked about $650 off their initial bid. They took another $200 off at the back end because of my concern with overbilling. They didn't have to do that since they had a signed contract in hand, but they were willing to take care of a customer. Thumbs up for that. The work looks solid, as far as this layman can tell. Everything drains as it should and none of the joints leak."

"I do! This dynamic duo of father and son knew precisely what the problem(s) were and zeroâ d in on a cost effective, efficient solution. The drain pipes that were under my house, difficult to access and original from 1951, were rotted out and leaking noxious material onto the dirt. "We had old clogged pipes in two different areas of the house so we called Tony’s for help. Tony came out the day I called to give a consultation. A couple of days later he sent a quote for the repairs and by the end of the week he had a crew at the my house to do the repairs. Kevin and Juan were punctual, hard working and super nice guys! Before work got started they tried their best to protect our home from the dust and dirt. I was really grateful for their efforts. They also kept us updated through out the whole process. At one point during the day there was a need to snake one of the pipes and Paul came out to help. I’ve worked with Paul before when our water heater went out so I knew we were in good hands! At the end of the day Kevin and Juan did an incredible job of cleaning! Drains are working properly again and we are thankful to have found a plumbing company with so many great workers! The price we paid was close to the quote. Once the walls were open they found some complications that couldn’t have been foreseen.
