"I called Benjamin Franklin and the office staff were a pleasure to deal with, I explained my predictiment and they were very acommadating as an appointment was given the next day. PJ arrived on time and gave me a very fair assessment of the work and price of a new heater. I had an unique quandary and again the office staff was very accomadating as I was given an appointment the next day! My wife had a doctors appt. an hour away from my home so I was very comfortable leaving a key for the tech Shawn to install the new water heater. Upon completetion of the job he called me to inform me he had completed the job. When we arrived home I was pleasantly surprised how clean he had left the work area as well as the rest of the area to enter and leave. The heater is awesome!!! "They accidentally overcharged me by a $114, in which I had to call them to get my refund. I felt the price was a little steep being that they did not actually have to repair anything. When they came to my home they found that there was a little piece of plastic stopping the shut off valve (for the toilet) from completely closing. This was a 5 minute diagnosis repair that cost over $240. I do not mean to complain ,but is this the average cost for something like this? The technician himself was extremely professional and pleasant, and the service was great overall."
