Gus at Rizzo was the best, I explained the situation and that I was not going to be able to handle any hidden charges that he should give a fair estimate up front since my friend would not have any money to pay more. He did an excellent job for her, he was professional and honorable and she had hot water the same day. I was very happy and she was happy with the work. They updated her system and got it all working for a better price than she had been quoted when she looked!"

"We initially needed a plumber to fix our broken diverter in our main bathroom along with some other plumbing fixes. Chris had given me a quote over the phone which he stuck to. While he was fixing the shower, he noted some "brown" on the shower head. My husband also complained about the water pressure. When they went down to the basement, they saw that the water heater was going to break, since the water was black. He gave us a quote which included a 50 gallon water heater (10 gallons more than what we had) including installation and hauling off our current water heater, which was over 12 years old). "My oil delivery line has gelled up and was blocking my furnace from getting oil. I sat in the cold for 2 days while calling a few companies who claimed they provided 'emergency' service 24 hours a day. Whenever I was able to get a live person on the phone they promised to be here the next day between certain hours. The hours came and went and not a single soul called me or came. I called Moh on Monday night and explained my situation and let him know that I didn't have any heat. He promptly sent me a text telling me he's be here by 10am the next day. He showed up at EXACTLY the time he said he would and immediately went to work. He cleared my oil line AND changed my mucked up furnace nozzles that hadn't been changed in years. He was quick, knowledgeable and took him time resolving my issue. He also suggested that I change to gas heat and I'm definitely going to use his company in the spring to do just that. I called him today because my filter is leaking a little and he's going to come back soon to resolve it. I HIGHLY recommend this company and particularly Moh. He's my go to guy from now on!"

"I am very happy that I hired Patience HVAC to replace my hot water heater. I have an oil burner and oil hot water heater. The 18 year old heater was making crackling noises and I was advised by the oil company to replace it. I wanted to convert to a gas hot water heater and tried going through Lowes. However, they only do swap outs if the existing heater is already set up for gas. So I contacted several companies for a quote. Out of all of them, Anthony was the most professional, down to earth and reasonably priced. First, he suggested to explore correcting the issue on the old heater and save me money which was impressive. I decided to proceed with a new gas heater. The quote he gave me was $800 less than the next lowest quote. Anthony sent his workers Caesar and Matt the next day which I greatly appreciated. They were both very polite and wore covers on their shoes so to avoid dirtying my house more than necessary. Anthony came later in the day to ensure everything was done correctly. He then offered to call him with any questions even if they were not pertinent to the work they performed. I am extremely impressed with patience HVAC honesty, professionalism and reasonable prices. I will be sure to recommend them to friends and family. When I am ready to install a ductless air conditioner, I will definitely contact Patience HVAC."
