"I want to thank the owner Paul for a job well done. They came on time and spent several hours clearing a clogged secondary drain pipe. I also had a defective cold water valve replace for my washer. I highly recommend this company and would user them again."

"The owner Barry was very helpful with numerous phone calls back and forth but the position of the water supply on the floor of a slab inside the smart toilet's footprint increased the price beyond two thousand dollars and not worth the headache of jack hammering our floor to move the supply line."

"If you’re looking for a top-notch plumber who tells it like it is and goes the extra mile, Anthony at Mr. Fix It is your go-to professional! I recently had three major plumbing concerns: fixing a toilet leak, creating a permanent dehumidifier solution for my basement, and replacing my water heater. Anthony handled all of these tasks with exceptional skill and dedication. One of the standout aspects of working with Anthony is his honesty. He’s straightforward and transparent about what needs to be done and how it will be achieved. This level of clarity is incredibly refreshing and reassuring. In addition to his expertise, the pricing was very fair and highly competitive. Compared to more corporate plumbing establishments, his rates are not only reasonable but also offer great value for the quality of work provided. Anthony also answered all my questions, including those related to electrical work, as he’s also an electrician. His broad knowledge base and willingness to share his expertise are truly impressive. Rob is incredibly responsive, even taking calls while on vacation, which highlights the efficiency of his operation. Anthony stayed late to ensure the job met my high standards and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. If you need plumbing work, request Anthony at Mr. Fix It—he’s the best in the business. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again for any future needs. I highly recommended!"

"Very grateful for such an easy and pleasant experience when I suddenly found my very old hot water heater leaking all over the basement floor on a Sunday evening. I did a quick panicked search and thankfully Arctic answered my call and put me at ease with a quote for a replacement and an install appt for first call the next morning. Adam K arrived on time, was very sweet & professional, and installed our new unit in under an hour. Will definitely use Arctic again!"

"We had several different technicians working on installing a new water heater in a crawl space. There were several different unexpected occurrences that arose, but the guys were great. They were respectful, curious, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and extremely patient explaining our oppositions. They were responsive and prompt to some unexpected situations. Highly recommend them, I'm giving the technicians ten stars for their professional and respectful work ethics."

"I was a little disappointed that the people that they sent out on an emergency basis for the $7000 project. We’re doing it for the first time. Had I known what I know now I would’ve demanded somebody come who had experience. Overall, they’ve done a good job and I’ve signed a service contract with them. One time in less than a year, they send somebody to service the continuous hot water heater and she falsely claimed I needed a condenser and charged me for it. I wish they would send people who knew what they were doing all the time."

"I needed an outside faucet replaced and it had to be done through a brick wall and access was from our crawl space. We were given a quite reasonable price and the work was done neatly and quickly. I will definitely call Force Plumbing when needed in the future."
