"We lost hot water Saturday evening and noticed that the pressure relief valve was leaking water. We called multiple plumbers and Steven was the only one to call us back same day within a few minutes. He was gracious enough to squeeze us in as his next appointment. During the visit he explained our issues in friendly and comprehensive manner. He ended up changing the pressure relief valve and installing pressure reduction valve and accompanying chamber. He also fixed our outdoor leaking faucet in the same visit. The work had excellent craftsmanship and very fair price."

He'd quoted me $200 for the work in response to my inquiry (copied below) on the Angies List messaging system, and then charged me $300 and didn't reduce price for Angies List 15% off coupon.  Given the work took 45 minutes and he used mostly my materials, I thought the price was excessive and it's hard to imagine the work was harder than he expected when he gave me the price.  I moved and disconnected my washer to allow access to rear of dryer, he didn't offer to reconnect it.  <br /> <em>Here's email volley between us:<br /> <strong>(me</strong>) 7/31/2015  I need to have a few sale inspection items addressed. 1. replacement of shower mixer cartridge (I have replacement cartridge) to stop drip 2. replacement of water heater pressure release valve 3. replacement of gas supply line to dryer 4. rerout condensate drain from sanitary pipe to outside. Please let me know price and availability to fix. "Seth and his team we're awesome!! I used them twice. Once about a year ago when I had water pouring out of an eroded pipe in my basement. I had tried to call other places who stated they couldn't come for several days. He pulled over as he was driving to answer the phone and had some there within a few hours. He was very accommodating. The crew was friendly and professional. They cleaned up very well after the tear out and installation of. Seth the owner came at the beginning of the job to explain everything and at the end to inspect the work. I used them again this past winter when my hot water heater went. Again they were quick to respond and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need."

"I called on Monday and spoke to Jessica, who was very helpful. She took my description of the problem and said she would call me back in a few minutes, which she did. She gave me an estimate for the repairs and said someone could be here the next morning around 9AM. The plumber showed up on time and went to work. All the pipes were replaced without any problems. The work was completed on time and the price was as stated in the estimate. I am very happy with the results and I cannot imagine how this process could be possibly be improved. I called, I was told what it would cost to fix the problem and when it could happen, the work was then done when they said it would be for the cost they provided in the estimate.
