"Tyler contacted me right away after I submitted my request through Home Advisor. Came right out to ensure he quoted the correct information. He was able to complete the hot water heater replacement the following morning. Price was more than fair and service was A They will be my first call in the future for any issues."

"J&O Plumbing is professional and they provide quality work. Not only did install a tankless hot water heater for us, they also got rid of some older plumbing that needed replacing, installed our new garbage disposal, connected our new sink & dishwasher as well overhauled our bathroom plumbing and installed new fixtures! They were on time, courteous and the quality of work was excellent and they are very fair with pricing."

"Derek was super. We had a hot water issue that only he could figure out. There was a bad mixing valve that had not been installed correctly on our Solar hot water. He was prompt, instructional, and super customer friendly. I would get him back here in a heartbeat."

"Our water heater started leaking around 7:30 at night. I ended up in touch with Service Magic, and not 5 min later, Scott was calling to respond to the request. He had just gotten in from a long day, but helped over the phone tremendously. He even took my call at 9:00 when I called back to ask if they accept credit cards. He made an appointment for the next morning, and gave me a quote over the phone. My husband was home when they came to replace the water heater, and was incredibly impressed with the job they did. Price was exactly what was quoted, and service was great. They even answered my husband's questions about other items in our house."

"I needed a sump pump installed in my basement and I had no idea how to go about it. Stephen answered all of my questions (and they were numerous) and kept me informed every step of the way. I had other questions too about little things - a faucet in the kitchen, hot water heater functionality etc. and Stephen patiently and expertly answered every question I had. He beat out three other companies for sump pump install price and was neat, punctual, pleasant, and very fair. He gave me a full breakdown of the price and was completely transparent. Definitely hire again!"

"All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

"Matt and Shaq were very professional and had the best prices in my area - HALF the cost of RotoRooter! They came out same day and replaced my hot water heater in 2 hours flat. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues!"

"prompt, professional, courteous; took a look at my oil fired water heater (9 years old). Needed additional cleaning & repair. Took care of the problem on the spot! No need to replace! Would definitely hire again."

"I cannot say enough good things about Zoom Drain and the service I received today! Three days ago, I accidentally flushed an antique wedding ring down the toilet. This wasn’t just any ring—it dates back to 1915 and belonged to my great-grandmother. It was passed down to me, so it has tremendous sentimental value to my family. Needless to say, I was devastated. I called Zoom Drain at 6:30 this morning, and Joseph came out around 11:30. He spent about two hours at my house carefully working with the camera and locating the ring. He was incredibly patient, professional, and determined—and he successfully retrieved my ring from the sewer line! I honestly couldn’t believe it. I also had a great experience with Kyle, the owner, who personally called me afterward. It’s clear that this is a small business that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in the work they do."
