"Professional. Replacement of water heater was delivered and installed same day."

"The company technicians, Steven, James and Zack were very professional and competent. They did excellent job in both removing the old unit and installing the new one. In addition to this job, we have used Appleton Campbell for several projects over the past couple of years, to include, installing a back up propane generator, installing replacement electrical lighting, and replacing a hot water heater. The company and their personal, to include both field and office individuals, were very competent and courteous. We highly recommend this company to other individuals."

"SwiftPro was excellent. When our hot water heater went out (at nearly 20 years old, we were neither upset nor surprised!) we reached out to a few places but SwiftPro was the most responsive and had the price was fair. Zabi, the service technician was fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was prompt, provided excellent communication, took meticulous care with the work and work space, and was just a great person to talk to. The install went great and there was no aggressive sales tactics or upselling. Just a genuine cut and dry hot water heater removal and install experience. I highly recommend SwiftPro. Thanks Zabi!"

"Fantastic company. We had a water heater installed. The installer was fantastic. He was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We will use them again. If I could give them 10 stars I would.."

"Gabriel was extremely honest and professional. He did not try to upsell me on anything and took the time to explain my options. Since my home is relatively new, he suggested that the water heater or pressure reducing valve (PRV) might still be under warranty and recommended that I check with the builder's contractor before spending money on repairs. He adjusted the water pressure at the PRV, provided a quote for a replacement PRV if needed, and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. I would definitely call Campbell for future plumbing projects and would strongly recommend Gabriel and the company to anyone looking for trustworthy service."

"Repairs done in timely manner. Frank explained whatâ s wrong and expectations on how long can the water heater last before possibly replacing it"

"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful, patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"If I could give 10 stars I would! Our 2 year old hot water heater went out in the middle of the night due to an electrical issue. Tommy came the next morning, identified the problem and explained everything to me. He returned later that afternoon with a brand new hot water heater and installed it. We had hot water less than 24 hours after our heater went out! Installation was professional and I can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way. He was also up front, fair and honest about pricing. Thank you so much!"

"Jimmy and his team are experts in their field. Air Force One has installed an HVAC unit and two Mitsubishi mini splits for us at our home. We own a construction company, so we also hire Air Force One for all of our HVAC needs for our customers. They are always professional, prompt and fairly priced."

"This company went above and beyond working to get us water without digging a new well as other companies suggested. I will hire for any and all plumbing I may have in the future because I know they will do the job right and not walk away until completed."
