He showed up on time. He called to say he was on his way. He works very efficiently and is very clean. He was very respectful wearing a mask and wearing shoe covers. I called him back for an issue a month later that had nothing to do with what he did prior. It was a Saturday and he came right out for the issue. I was so surprised he was available on a Saturday. When I talked with him on the phone I also asked if he would be able to put a chandelier up in the dining room while he was here.
