"So I had a water heater that was totaled, went on Angi, I was recommended A&B plumbing, AL came on Memorial Day, didn’t charge me extra for the holiday, I was expecting he take out the old heater and come back tomorrow, but not AL he came back the same day and installed a new water heater. I would recommend A&B plumbing, great price, great service, and on time and very polite. Thanks AL."

They handled all the inspections and permits with the town. Extremely happy with the level of service and would recommend to anybody looking for heating needs. Edit from 2 years ago?. The company still has not picked up old water heater and boiler. Have called a number of times to get this done. Vicki is extremely unpleasant to deal with. Rude. Has zero phone skills. Should really look into finding a new person to answer the phones. She was basically yelling at me for asking, follow up questions. And when I I said, why are you yelling? She said so you would know if I was yelling at you. But she definitely was yelling. I really hope those phone calls are recorded. They?ve got their money. So obviously the customer service ha"
