"Jose was very helpful and diagnosed and repaired the problem promptly. Would definitely recommend his services."

"The work was done in a timely manner. I need two faucets which he got and installed. I had to lend him a knife and screwdriver. He left a piece of his equipment at my place. He was polite and hardworking. I donâ t know if I was overcharged, but am very happy that the work was done."

"Unfortunately my unit was on its last legs. Their efforts only extended its life a few more weeks. It was too expensive to repair."

"Included in the price of the 50 gallon water heater I needed was the plumbers picking up the new water heater, transporting it to my home, navigating the steps down to the basement, and taking away the old water heater. All for the price on the receipt for the new water heater. What Mr. Simpson charges for is the installation of the new water heater and the peace of mind that comes with having a master plumber do a masterful job. Articulate, polite, and efficient, he made me aware of everything he was doing every step of the way. He is obviously a person who takes pride in his work. Mr. Simpson's work comes with a guarantee to amend any problem that arises. A guarantee I have not needed to avail myself of, but appreciate nonetheless. I am thoroughly satisfied with the job he did, and recommend him as an honest tradesman."
