"Our tech, Albert, arrived about 5:00 p.m. We had the unit ready to be work on and the surround area cleared so he could check the unit out, which he did and quickly found that a "spin shifter" was the problem according the tests and computer lights told him. He had the part in his truck, pulled the problem item out, installed the new one with the washer tilted back for access, set the washer back upright and tested the electronic readings. He ran a short cycle and found that t he unit was working properly. We have since run several loads of laundry and the unit is doing fine. Problem fixed!!
