"My prior water heater, a 50-gallon tank, started leaking after 15 years. I called Streamline to confirm that it needed replacement, and to replace it. I was considering a tankless water heater already, and the first tech walked me through the pros and cons, then wrote up an estimate. Two additional techs came the next day to install the heater and the necessary gas and power lines. The only issue I had was that one of the newly installed gas fittings leaked gas into the basement. I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense. Mistakes happen, and I was impressed with how professionally they corrected that one."

"The plumbing professionals from Plumbing Partners were prompt and efficient. They made sure I was informed throughout the process, and were very professional in their behavior. I don't know if I could have gotten a somewhat lower price elsewhere, but the price they quoted seemed reasonable to me, given what I had already researched."

"We recently had Plumbserve, LLC perform some repairs to fix leaking pipes on a shower drain and toilet. They did a great job with the repairs, explaining what caused the leaks, and exactly how their repairs would prevent the problems from recurring. The leaks had caused some standing water in a remote area of our crawl space. Apparently the leaks had been occurring for some time. That part of the house had been renovated before we bought it, and the renovators had not followed code or good practices with their new plumbing. The lead tech showed me exactly why it had failed and explained in detail, to my satisfaction, what the problems were and how he fixed them. I understand that not everyone may be interested in that level of detail, but it gave me confidence in the quality of work that they performed. I definitely recommend them!"

"I contacted Alexander Heating and Air to fix my water heater on Wednesday and they were scheduled to arrive on Friday. The team of two arrived on time with smiles on their faces. The heater's Pressure Reducing/Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) valve was bad and caused my whole house water pressure to be very low. Also, I had excessive water trickling on the garage floor from the overflow pipe (due to a defective expansion tank. It’s the expansion tank’s job to take on this “extra” water caused by thermal expansion). Jeremiah, who did most of the talking explained what was going wrong with my heater, explained my options, provided an estimate, and explained that my specific water heater was about at the age that it will likely need replacing. It was good to know as I can now get my finances in order to eventually get a new one. He even explained financing options to me should I want a new heater and need financing. The two were friendly (did I mention Jeremiah is a Veteran), knowledgeable, worked quickly in the heat (they had to go under my house), and cleaned up and were finished in no time. The price charged was very reasonable, especially considering that I couldn't water the lawn properly, showers in house with low pressure was awful, water flow on garage floor would ultimately cause floor damage, and I didn't have to purchase a new water heater, yet. I really have had such good experiences with Alexander for several repairs they have made for me in the past, too My water pressure in the house is back to normal! I am more than satisfied with Jeremiah and the Alexander Heating & Air team."

"After a horrible experience with ARS with a partial repair that did not fix my system and an invoice for over 400.00 for 50.00 worth of parts by ARS, I was referred by my real estate broker to try CWJ heating and Cooling. <br /> I called David Radford at CWJ and he met me at our previous home that was on the market as there was no AC. The system I had was old and needed to be replaced. You cannot use the old coolant anymore and the system needed to be upgraded anyway. <br /> <br /> David emailed me a quote that afternoon which was very fair and we gave the OK to start the work. They had the system finished in about 3 days and it worked great. This is not something one want to happen when you are maintaining two homes while one is for sale, but it would be a selling feature for the home while on the market. <br /> A few months later the AC system and plumbing was vandalized to get copper. They ruined our new system. Most of the system had to be replaced again (which we really could not easily afford) and CWJ worked with us to try to make the bad situation more affordable. We still had a large outlay again, but it may have been twice as much if we had been working with anyone else buy CWJ. <br /> I have operated a multi-store operation for 30 years and always emphasized the importance of honesty and genuine customer care. CWJ met and dramatically exceeded our expectations. I recommend them very highly. <br />"
