"Removed old hot water tank and replaced it with a tankless hot water heater. Work was done in crawl space with less than six feet height available in work area. All done in a few hours last September. It's now the following August (11 months or so later). Everything seems to be working okay. Workmen were polite, professional, timely, focused on the job, carried away all the old parts and cleaned up well---we were quite pleased with the whole process."

"This heating and air conditioning company is superior and the gold standard by which others should be assessed! In my opinion, their professionalism, customer service, unquestionable expertise, clear communication, fair (perhaps more than fair) pricing establishes Delta Heating & Cooling at the top of the local industry. I met with the owner to discuss the best system for my home with no attempt to up-sell, he answered all my questions without rushing me, and fully explained the Delta installation process, which was flawless. I could not find anything negative anywhere about Delta. Although I did get other estimates, such was pointless since none could beat their price. In summary, you will not be disappointed with Delta!"

"Was very impressed with A.J. He was quick to check and diagnose short circuit issue and repaired it immediately."

"Jonathan was very knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot a very awkward water heater installation. He was pleasant, tidy, and thorough."

"Very professional, explained things as they went along, even came back in two days to help me re-light the pilot light on my new gas water heater so I would know what to do."

"Very responsive and professional. They were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions while I was researching plumbers and the best way to approach my hot water tank replacement. Given their great service and the quality of their work, I thought their pricing was competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

"Derek, was very informative and explained everthing that was going on, and he found a wire in the heater was not connected The only thing I did not get a copy of the bill only the total, would appreciate emailing me a copy. Thank You, Mrs. Wyatt"
